Hair Extensions Purchases

• All hair extension orders are custom-selected and hygienic in nature.
• Please ensure you choose the correct length, shade, texture, and method before purchasing.
• We are not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.
• Colours displayed online may vary depending on screen/device settings.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged if opened, worn, tampered with, or removed from original packaging.
• Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
• If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Colouring & Chemical Alteration

• Hair extensions supplied by us must not be coloured, toned, lightened, permed, chemically straightened, or otherwise chemically treated by the customer or any third party.
• If wefts or extension hair are coloured or chemically altered after purchase, any guarantee, refund eligibility, or liability is void.
• We are not responsible for dryness, breakage, shedding, tangling, colour change, or reduced lifespan following any chemical treatment.

Aftercare & Product Lifespan

• Hair extension longevity depends on correct maintenance, storage, handling, and aftercare.
• Customers must follow all aftercare instructions provided on our website, packaging, or by our team.
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions voids any guarantee, complaint review, or quality claim relating to wear and lifespan.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by heat misuse, poor maintenance, product build-up, swimming, sun exposure, or incorrect brushing.

Professional Installation

• We recommend professional fitting for all extension methods requiring application.
• We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, self-installation, or fitting performed by third parties.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.
• Risk in goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
• Customers must ensure shipping details are correct at checkout.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and standard return rules apply.
