Refund policy

By purchasing through SECOND LENGTH you agree to the below terms

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

We understand that you may wish to return products and we have tried to make this process quick and easy. We try to deal with returns and make refunds within 7 days of receiving your return, but promise to make all refunds within 30 working days from receipt of goods at our warehouse.

EXCHANGE

If you are unhappy with your item please contact us. We will happily exchange or refund you if it is within our 14 day return period. If it is past 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you think you may need to return an item DO NOT use it, If the item has been used, we will reject the return. If the string used to hold the hair bundles together have been removed we cannot return the hair for hygiene purposes. The item MUST be attached to the packaging card also.

Please note the product will need to be returned in its original packaging exactly how you received it.

Please be aware it is the customers responsibility to organise postage on any returns. We advise you use registered post to return your item. We require the hair to be mailed back to Second Length. Once it is received we will then exchange the product or issue you a refund.

FAULTY

If you believe you have purchased a product that is faulty please contact our admin team at hello@secondlength.com.au to assist, We will do our best to assist you and find a solution, This process must be completed within 7 days of receiving. If its potential fault, extensions must be removed and sent within 14 days of the request.

Our team will examine the hair and conduct any necessary tests to determine if a manufacture fault, if a defect exists or if this a consumer fault.

We will then contact you for further communication
